This is a little story about our experience with Sarah and Jesse Samples. Our family has been through a number of corporate relocations. We have worked with real estate professionals to move into or out of 5 houses in the last 10 years.

That's a total of 9 real estate transactions. We worked with Sarah and Jesse to sell our primary residence in South Charlotte, NC (Providence Country Club). We knew them through the community and they are very well regarded. Our sales goals were to maximize the sale price and minimize time on the market.

Sarah and Jesse developed a comprehensive sales and marketing plan in order to meet these objectives. My wife and I owe it all to Team Samples. We had 3 different agencies lined up to meet with about putting our home on the market, but after meeting with Jesse and Sarah we didn’t even need to waste our time meeting with anyone else.
